Position Overview

The Integrator owns Vonmods Operating System and is the steady force behind the organization who drives clarity and communication throughout. The Integrator orchestrates alignment between the major functions of Vonmod and holds teams accountable for achieving company goals in line with the company’s core values. This role harnesses and executes the big ideas of the Visionary in order to drive operational efficiency, growth, and team development within the organization.

  • Head of Studio Operations
  • Head of Production Operations
  • Head of Install Operations

Core Functions and Responsibilities

Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA)

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable all direct reports, ensuring their departments meet or exceed company objectives.
  • Identify skills gaps across departments and create actionable strategies to close these gaps, ensuring continuous team development and effectiveness.
  • Foster a team culture that aligns with and reflects the company’s core values, engaging regularly with the team to monitor morale and performance.
  • Conduct interviews for new team members within direct report departments to ensure cultural fit and competency.
  • Take ownership of employee terminations when required, following company policies and maintaining fairness and transparency.


Department Integration:

  • Bring the leadership team together and keep them on the same page
  • Oversee the integration of cross-functional departments to ensure smooth collaboration, timely project delivery, and the achievement of company objectives.
  • Act as the central point of communication between departments, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations, and priorities across teams.
  • Align departmental goals with overall company strategy and vision, ensuring all teams are working cohesively towards common objectives.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance, addressing any roadblocks or areas of inefficiency and proposing solutions.
  • Manage and synchronize all department project schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure resource allocation is optimized across departments to meet global deadlines.
  • Regularly review and adjust schedules as necessary to address evolving priorities or unexpected challenges.

Vision Execution

  • Work one on one with the Visionary to dissect and develop big ideas to move the company forward.
  • Harness the ideas generated by the Visionary into executable plans to move forward without fragmenting the team

Organizational Clarity

  • Ensure the Vonmod Operating System is strong in all 6 components
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and update clear job descriptions for all roles in the company.
  • Establish guidelines for performance reviews and performance improvement plans
  • Communicate changes to organizational changes
  • Educate team members on the Vonmod Operating System (VOS)

12-Month Revenue  

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor the company’s 12-month revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop departmental measureables and scorecards which align with revenue targets.
  • Align departmental objectives with revenue goals, ensuring each department contributes effectively to growth and profitability.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the progress of revenue targets and make recommendations for adjustments when necessary.


Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a leader in a company that operates on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
  • Proven experience in an integrator or senior operational role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps and implement strategies to close them.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complex, time-sensitive projects effectively.
  • Experience in managing revenue targets and ensuring departmental alignment with company financial goals.
  • Strong understanding of project management and organizational integration processes.
