What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Program Management position at Vontier?
Join as the Director, Program Management - Core Products in an exciting business unit that is focused on high growth in the point of sale, payment, remote site management and other technology within the retail solutions space. The technology solutions and the employees who develop these solutions will be at the heart of everything we do. The Director Program Management will help lead, inspire, manage, and develop a world-class PMO function reporting to the VP PMO.
What will you do?
- Globally support development and implementation of PMO processes, tools, and policies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Drive several complex cross-functional initiatives to completion on budget, within scope, and on schedule.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure clear understanding of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead program managers assigned to multiple product development initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives within key functions and across the organization.
- Provide cost-benefit standards, KPIs, and milestones to ensure investment in the most strategic business and technology initiatives.
- Monitor program performances against predefined metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement during readouts.
Qualifications :
The compensation range for this role is between $150,000-185,000. Your base salary will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
