The Inside Sales Representative/Customer Support plays a crucial role acting as the Company's voice in supporting our customers, partners, and other stakeholder ensuring we are maintaining their satisfaction. Responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating quotations, and providing support primarily over the phone, email, and virtual remote communication channels. It is critical to be proactive, have a combination of commercial and technical mindset, a strong communicator (verbal and written – external and internal), well organized and a strong inner drive. You professionally document relevant activities in ERP/CRM support systems. You will work with a range of solutions - products, parts and services – aimed towards further expanding our footprint within the general industrial market segments (Paper, Food & Beverage, Steel, Minerals, Chemical especially, Power, Renewables - linked to vacuum and other process needs).
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support customers, sales and sales representatives with review of inquiries/specifications, equipment selection, pricing, quotations, and proposal preparation with focus on industrial market segments and their applications.
- Create and develop proposals based on capturing the needs of the customer. Follow up and close the quote with the assistance of Vooner Sales and/or Sales representatives.
- Prepare sales orders by reviewing scope of supply, sales price, terms and conditions, added specifications.
- Order processing and execution utilizing sizing, selection, CRM and ERP tools.
- Attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture
- Over time present ideas and information accurately and explain industry jargon in a clear manner for customers and other external/internal stakeholders and be a source of knowledge regarding industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, technologies, and new developments – our experts will be there to support and train you.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical, marketing school) or similar merits – and /or prior documented experience having success in such position is a plus
Experience: Documented successful experience of inside technical/commercial sales support towards Industrial customers -and enjoy doing so.
Or someone with limited experience so far but with the conviction a combination of technical and commercial skills with a strong drive to support customers/partners is the right career path for you.
Computer Skills: Able to create, use, navigate and generate reports at an Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft office applications. Able to navigate effectively ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Navision. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
