MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Center of Excellence for Educator Preparation and Innovation (EPI Center) is in the process of developing micro-credentials in improvement science for current and future K12 educators. A micro-credential is a short, competency-based recognition that allows an educator to demonstrate mastery in a particular area. In turn, we are seeking campus experts across content areas to serve as developers of these micro-credentials. Developers will participate in paid training and upon completion will have access to pre-established guidelines that will aid them in creating targeted micro-credentials. If you possess the requisite skills, have the available time to commit to this project, and have a desire to help participants improve their practice as an educator and create better outcomes for their students, please consider this opportunity to serve as a micro-credential developer for the EPI Center.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Hybrid with weekly in-office requirements and in-person obligations.
- 4-6 Hours Per Week (Based on a mutually determined schedule to include daytime availability.)
- Overnight Travel - Occasionally.
COMPENSATION
- Developers will be compensated for the initial required training listed ($300 total)
- Compensation is provided for each developed micro-credential (up to $800 each)
