POSITION SUMMARY :
ThePhysical Therapist is an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team,responsible for the administration of appropriate treatment techniques andmodalities for pediatric (re)habilitation of children aged birth to 21years. The physical therapist worksclosely with the interdisciplinary team to assure carryover of all treatmentplans / goals as indicated. This position will have the opportunity andexpectation to work in our long-term care sub-acute facility, provide communityand on-site school based interventions, and potential medical daycare services. #V1
POSITIONQUALIFICATIONS :
- MPT / DPTin Physical Therapy from an accredited university
- CurrentNJ licensure
- Pediatricexperience in both medical and educational settings
- CurrentNJ Board of Education Certification or eligibility as School Physical Therapiststrongly preferred or in process at time of hire
- NDTA,APTA, SI or other training / certification encouraged
- Strongorganizational / time management skills
- Goodoral and written communication skills
- Abilityto work well as a team member
- BLSand CPR Certifications
