MUST HAVE 3 MONTHS TRACTOR-TRAILER EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS!
Job Details:
- Full Time W-2 Dedicated Account
- Starting Pay over: $1200-$1500 weekly--based upon exp & performance – could be more
- Bonus pay: Additional $.03/mile added to all miles
- Home Time: Weekly
- Signing Bonus: $1000
Operations:
- Delivery to Midwest Only - Fleet Based out of Springfield OH
- Take Truck Home - 2021 or Newer Automatic
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
- Average Length of Haul: 300 miles
Work-Life Balance:
- Frequent Home Time & Drive in Close Region
- Home Time: 34-48 hr reset guaranteed every week.
Payment Structure:
- Cents/mile: $0.57-$0.64 Plus additional $.03/mile for performance bonus.
- Milage: Drivers typically run 2,000 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
- New Hire Training Pay: $150 per day
- Performance & Safety Bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days
