Job Title: Residential Cleaner
Location: Miami Beach, Brickell, Aventura, Coral Gables, North Miami, Downtown Miami
Job Type: Contractor (Part-time)
Overview:
We are a cleaning company looking for dedicated and careful people to clean homes in Miami Beach, Brickell, Aventura, Coral Gables, North Miami, and Downtown Miami. As a Residential Cleaner, you’ll help make sure our clients' homes are very clean, cozy, and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
- Regular Maintenance Cleaning: Clean surfaces like furniture, cabinets, and countertops by dusting, spraying, and wiping.
- Deep Cleaning Duties: Clean toilets, bathtubs, sinks, and vanities thoroughly to keep them hygienic.
- Floor Care: Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors in the home.
- Sanitization: Make sure all areas are germ-free and safe.
- Additional Tasks: If needed, you may also fold laundry, wash dishes, tidy up items like laundry and toys, and take care of beds, like making them or changing sheets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus.
- Very careful with details and aims to do an excellent job.
- Can work well alone or with a team.
- Good at managing time to finish tasks on schedule.
- Physically fit to lift up to 20 pounds and do basic cleaning tasks.
- Must have a car for reliable transportation.
- Must live close to the job locations listed.
