Job Overview:
The Car Wash Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring each customer leaves with a sparkling vehicle and a smile. This position is perfect for energetic and dependable individuals committed to creating positive experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Assist customers with using pay stations and selecting services.
- Explain wash packages and membership options clearly and helpfully.
Car Wash Operations:
- Operate and monitor car wash equipment to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Prepare vehicles for washing by inspecting for loose items and adjusting mirrors as needed.
- Replenish supplies, such as soap and cleaning agents, as required.
Site Maintenance:
- Keep the car wash facility clean, including vacuum areas, equipment rooms, and customer waiting areas.
- Perform light maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is safe and inviting.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety procedures to protect customers and staff.
- Immediately report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Capacity to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in car washing or customer service is a plus but not required.
