Job Description:

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Vehicle Preparation: Thoroughly clean and prepare vehicle surfaces for vinyl application, ensuring all surfaces are free of debris and imperfections to guarantee a smooth application.
• Vinyl Application: Accurately measure, cut, and apply vinyl wraps to vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring bubbles and wrinkles are minimized and finishes are seamless.
• Quality Control: Conduct detailed inspections of vinyl wrap applications to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded. Address any issues or imperfections promptly and efficiently.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean all tools and equipment used in the vinyl wrapping process, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Communication: utilize clock in and clock out systems as well as labor costing systems (CompanyCam and Netsuite). Keeping supervisor informed of progression of projects as well as any issues as they arise.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and materials in the vinyl wrap industry to continuously improve skills and outcomes.
• Good attendance, punctuality & reliability
• Reports to the Graphic Designer and follow the directives of said individual.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vinyl Wrap Installer or similar role, with a portfolio of previous work or prior training.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for high-quality vinyl wrap application.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving perfection in every project.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating time management and organizational skills.
• A creative mindset and ability to work with complex designs and challenging vehicle contours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in vinyl wrapping or automotive services is a plus.

Job Qualifications:

• Driver’s License and clean driving record (preferred)

Job Type: Hourly, non-exempt

Hours/Days: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
