Position Summary :
The Account Executive will drive revenue for Precision eControl by executing the company’s go to market sales strategy. This position will identify opportunities for new customer acquisition and regain lapsed customers. The Account Executive will use data and analytics to conduct discovery and align prospect pain points with the value Precision eControl drives. This position will demonstrate the Precision eControl platform functionality and customer use cases as part of the sales process, including supporting the Vorys eControl new client prospects. At this time, candidates who would work in the following states will not be considered for this role : VT, RI, NY, NJ, NH, MI, ME, MA, DE, CO, CT, CA, and AZ.
Essential Functions :
- Demonstrate industry expertise, research and analyze the current market to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition, upselling existing customers, and regaining lapsed customers. Understand the Brand Protection / eControl competitive landscape and articulate the company’s point of difference when engaging with customers.
- Work with external senior executives to negotiate agreements that result in a win / win for both parties in order to secure long term revenue commitments.
- Using data and analytics, discover and uncover customer opportunities and pain points. Position the company’s solutions in a way that clearly addresses and solves customer challenges.
- Create strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at mid to senior levels by building trust and being viewed as a trusted advisor / extended arm of their team. Objectively report on client health status and articulate plans to maintain and enhance client health over time.
- Provide weekly pipeline report, and monthly / quarterly / annual sales forecasts with high levels of accuracy. Assist in establishing annual sales goals and go to market execution strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Legal SMEs go to market alignment.
- Proactively communicate with cross-functional team members to facilitate an effective sales process. Develop external communications that are timely, persuasive and help build relationships over time.
