Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for sales, particularly in electronics and technology. Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Promote sales of electronics and technology products
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely
- Assist customers with product inquiries and offer recommendations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or cashier roles preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
