Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00pm-5:00pm, alternating Saturdays
Your role as a service advisor is to schedule service work for the service department and to provide the ultimate customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the daily production control schedule.
Scheduling service appointments.
Greet customers at their vehicles in a timely and friendly manner.
Completing the pre-form inspection
Taking phone calls from customers regarding the status of vehicles or other questions regarding our service to them.
You will maintain consistent and open communication with the customer, the service department, and the parts department.
Will use your ability to listen and ask questions to ensure you understand what is going on with the customer's vehicle.
You will demonstrate your strong communication skills in both oral and written communication.
You will use your proficient computer skills to ensure complete documentation for the customer and the manufacturer.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (Honda experience is a plus!)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must pass a Background check and drug test
Have a valid driver's license and a clear driving record
