Key Responsibilities:
The PM Coordinator will manage and oversee all aspects of preventative maintenance coordination to ensure seamless service delivery for our customers.
Responsibilities include: Scheduling & Coordination • Contact customers to schedule billable PM services and coordinate routes for technicians. • Coordinate OneXP Fleet PMs and maintain updated schedules. • Schedule battery and charger watering, washing, and PM services. • Assist in PM coordination for house account technicians. • Schedule and manage annual inspections for boom and aerial lifts, including invoicing. Administrative & Technical Tasks • Update the PM Module and ensure all Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) are coordinated with the team, including uploading to MSP. • Audit technician PM work orders for accuracy, including recommendations, checklists, and parts. • Research and create manufacturer-specific PM forms for MSP usage. • Use 3rd-party portals for customer and service management. Invoicing & Reporting • Generate and manage PM invoices. • Monitor and update Work in Progress (WIP) and PM Due reports. • Communicate with the Aftermarket Sales team to track sales using the Aftermarket Sales Tracking Sheet. Team Communication & Escalation • Work closely with Abbey and other team members to ensure smooth PMA coordination. • Escalate repair work orders (WOs) to the appropriate repair teams. Continuous Improvement • Innovate within the role to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

We’re seeking candidates who have: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a high volume of scheduling and coordination. • Excellent communication abilities for customer outreach, technician support, and internal collaboration. • Experience with invoicing, service scheduling, and work order management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with 3rd-party portals. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to innovate within the role. • Knowledge of the material handling industry (preferred but not required).
