About the Role - Lead and manage the NY Metro business plan to drive profitability. Execute sales strategies to expand distribution, focusing on key and regional chain accounts. Align VOSS distributor partners with company strategies to increase revenue. Utilize trade management and resources to exceed growth targets. Coach, train and motivate both Sales & Distributor personnel to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales, distribution and revenue objectives through scheduled and unscheduled meetings, route rides, trade surveys and weekly / monthly reporting. Prepare and present data-driven business reviews and sales presentations. Build and maintain relationships with key retailer stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with national sales, retail execution, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in non-alcoholic beverage sales, preferably premium water.
- BA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with key and regional chain accounts and joint business planning.
- Strong track record in managing distributor relationships and driving sales performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
