Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement AI-driven solutions that address business challenges and drive value. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and experience in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and propose AI solutions, including Generative AI applications.
Design and implement AI-driven systems that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Mitigate technical risks and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
Communicate technical solutions and their business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
Guide development teams through the technical lifecycle of AI projects.
Evaluate "build vs. buy" opportunities for new technology integrations.
Define standards and best practices for AI design, architecture, and implementation.
Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
Establish performance benchmarks and monitoring systems for AI solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous innovation.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience with knowledge of the insurance industry.
3 years of experience as an AI Solutions Engineer or similar role with a strong record of successful AI project implementations.
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, programming in Python or Java, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working within the insurance industry or on insurance-related AI projects.
Experience with AI model deployment and monitoring at scale.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and ethical considerations in AI implementations.
