Location: Richmond, VA(Hybrid role)
Duration: 12 month

Job Description
Other required skills:
3-5 years experience in communication protocols specifically FTP / SFT / NDM
Good knowledge of Kafka and other ETL framework and tools
6-8 yrs of hands-on experience with software development using .Net, Angular, web services.
Strong communication, relationship, and process management skills
Working knowledge of the Enterprise Change Management Standards and Evidence Requirements.
Working knowledge of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes
5 years as a project lead, including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to conduct discussions with senior leaders, managers, and team members.
Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions
Proactive - takes initiative/preempts stakeholder requirements before they connect and prepares accordingly.
Bank experience
Exposure to application maintenance and support.
Must have ability to drive and lead projects.
Experience working in a matrix organization managing multiple priorities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Must be able to work on JIRA to track progress, coordinate updates and publish reports.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge with Agile software development practices, principles, and tools, such as JIRA, Ansible, etc.
Preferred Skills:
1. Hands on experience with microservices architecture
2. Previous experience conducting POC initiatives or technology evaluations
3. Strong understanding of DMZ Configurations, Firewall rules and network segmentation
