Experience - 10 years
Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Skills to manage organizational change and ensure smooth transition during ERP implementation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and manage expectations
Experience in migrating data from legacy systems to the new ERP system
Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with ERP projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during implementation
Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively
Must have at done at least 4 end to end project lifecycle implementation.
Should have hands on Experience in following modules: Product Information & Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Master Planning, Production control, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Candidate must be able to consult the clients on Supply chain related processes in the standard system. Also, the candidate should have good business acumen to understand the current supply chain processes of the client to work on various CRs, new projects (like roll out of a new legal entity or modifying the current business process, Master Data migration, System parameters setups etc).
Candidate should also have knowledge in Business Process Design and documentation as per client requirements. Must be able to design flows with help of Visio and flowcharts.
Must have knowledge of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash process, Inventory management processes like inventory counting, adjustments, quarantine and quality order processes and Basic Production control and Master Planning knowledge in Business Contexts.
Should be able to conduct trainings for users on basic system navigation and advance topics related to Inventory and production control modules.
Expert in writing Functional specification, Gap document and training material. Must have strong client and internal communication skills as well as functional, analytical, presentation, documentation, training, and time management skills. Conducting and leading workshops sessions in international business environment. Preparing and leading training sessions for business end users. Preparing, documenting and execution of test cases for end-to-end business scenarios. Can work together with other team members to ensure high quality of delivered solutions.
