Job Role - Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead
Experience Range - 9 yrs exp.
Location - Boston, MA (100% Day one Onsite ) (Local Candidates will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Development:
o Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
o Lead the end-to-end development process, including customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce applications.
o Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Technical Leadership:
o Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring quality delivery of technical solutions.
o Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
o Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Integration and Customization:
o Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect.
o Implement custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
System Administration and Maintenance:
o Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
o Ensure proper deployment and version control processes using tools like Git or Azure DevOps.
Stakeholder Engagement:
o Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
o Provide regular updates on project progress and technical challenges.
o Conduct workshops or training sessions to empower end-users and technical teams.
Documentation and Compliance:
o Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test cases.
o Ensure compliance with Salesforce licensing agreements, data privacy, and security standards.
Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
o Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
o Strong knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
o Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools. o Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
Certifications (Preferred):
o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II. o Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
