Location Boston - Role Performance Architect
Customize Oracle FAW as per client needs
Partnering with reporting and analytics stakeholders to build HCM Analytics on OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud)Participation in each phase of FAW HCM module (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support)Strong grasp of core data warehouse concepts and design paradigms
Solid understanding of Oracle?s
analytics offerings including Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)Demonstrated abilities: defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
Certified as Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse Solution Engineer Specialist
Should have experience working with Oracle team on Product bugs.
Should have experience working with Oracle on FAW patching and post patching validation.
Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, and/or Jira, etc.)Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery
Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT
