Job Summary:
Observability team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Observability Lead Engineer with expertise in Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS/Google Cloud Platform Cloud Monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing self-service, improving usability, and deploying new capabilities for the organization s cloud-focused observability suite. This role requires strong DevOps, automation, and software development experience, particularly in Python, Terraform, and AWS SDK.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide best-in-class software engineering standards for instrumenting code and application technology stacks using Splunk ITSI, Dynatrace, and Akamai.
Function as the go-to technical expert for observability tools and technologies, driving insights and improvements.
Utilize Dynatrace Gen AI capabilities to enhance predictive analytics and automated incident response.
Engineer solutions for alerting, monitoring, self-healing, dashboards, and insights to support all lines of business.
Drive increased automation and self-healing capabilities for cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Lead incident triaging and service restoration efforts, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement intelligent incident routing and automated restoration processes.
Apply DevOps methodologies to streamline software delivery while ensuring security, compliance, and resilience.

Python 5 years
Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS SDK, Bash 5 years

Cloud certifications (CNCF, Linux/DevOps/SRE certifications preferred)
