Job Description :
- We need Scrum Masters with technical background (preferably).
- A Scrum Master’s responsibilities include managing the product backlog, facilitating ceremonies, removing obstacles, and coaching the team.
- Product backlog Define the product vision, Manage the product backlog, and Help the team understand the product backlog''s goal.
- Facilitate ceremonies Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, Facilitate sprint planning meetings, and Facilitate sprint reviews.
- Remove obstacles Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team''s progress Identify potential distractions or obstacles
- Coach the team Help team members expand their skill sets and knowledge bases Guide individuals on how to think and act in a Scrum-appropriate manner
- Other responsibilities Maintain team collaboration Ensure the team is well-trained and understands the agile processes Facilitate communication with managers Keep the team focused on tasks that must be done in each iteration Teach Scrum practices and principles
Salary : $60 - $70
