Produce Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Produce Clerk to join our team. As a Produce Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce department. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting high-quality produce items
- Package and label produce items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce department
- Receive and unload deliveries of produce items
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels
- Assist with pricing and merchandising of produce products

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of produce varieties, quality standards, and proper handling techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate an RF scanner or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
