Account Manager

Summary

Vox Marketing Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. You will take over assigned account responsibilities and resolve customer questions by offering solutions to drive company revenue. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting project deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will report to the Account Management Supervisor and manage a minimum of 6 accounts at any given time. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, values productivity and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts.
• Present product presentations to new and existing customers.
• Reach Project Deadlines.
• Place orders when needed while taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Create material to present to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
• This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Pay: From $21-23 per hour.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED. College degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
