The Cut is hiring a Style Partnerships Editor to help develop and execute projects with brand partners across Fashion, Beauty, and more. This role will encompass a range of responsibilities such as appearing in branded content, producing sponsored editorial projects, attending brand events and working on commerce-led projects. This role aims to create content and work on projects that meet The Cut's ambitious revenue and growth goals while maintaining the highest editorial standards and taste level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work directly with advertisers and brands to appear in branded/sponsored content that is separate from editorial.
- Work on any sponsored editorial projects across platforms (digital, social, events, etc.)
- Work alongside the Cut Shop team to execute revenue goals while maintaining the brand's taste level and sensibility which will include writing and editing shopping stories
- Attend and cover fashion and beauty events
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 3 years of writing experience, ideally in an online newsroom
- Strong understanding of the Cut sensibility, tone, and audience
- Experience working with fashion and beauty brands
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a sense of fun around finding unique approaches and angles to aggregating news
- Confidence in generating ideas
- Comfort with multi-tasking, including writing, styling, being photographed and representing The Cut at events and meetings
- Experience writing engaging headlines and teasers
- Strong social following not a must but preferred
