About You! The ideal starting point for the Business Computer Information Systems, MIS or Computer Science major that is anxious to be engaged in the multiple career paths available within the industry. As a Consultant you will have the visibility and responsibility to maintain, manage and enhance multiple Contact Center enterprise solutions that are vital to the success of Corporations and government entities and/or evolve to be a part or the team that designs/delivers/deploys these solutions.

The Consultant will work within define processes to execute enhancements and maintain solution stability and also be responsible to react to Customer reported events and perform any triage when necessary. Your initial focus will be the industry leading Contact Center Software suite, Genesys. The Consultant will have the opportunity to work with all components of the Genesys Suite, which include bots, AI, self-service (IVR), voice, SMS, real-time analytics, routing, reporting and recording solutions. Based on your growth and aptitude, tasks may also include maintaining, developing and deploying SQL for ETLs and BI reporting. You, as the right candidate for this Entry Level position; should be innovative and eager to absorb new concepts and technologies.

Within approximately two years of daily work experience as a Consultant, you will have obtained a high level of familiarity and understanding involving the following areas:

• Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• AWS Serverless Applications: Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, and other serverless services.
• Bot Development: Familiarity with AI-driven conversational bots and automation.
• Cloud Networking:
  • AWS VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, Route Tables, and Transit Gateways.
  • VPNs, Direct Connect, and inter-region connectivity.
  • Load balancers (ALB, NLB), WAF, and CDN (CloudFront).
  • Network troubleshooting, latency optimization, and security best practices.
  • Azure Networking (Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, Peering, Network Security Groups).
• Understanding of SIP Protocols: Proficiency in SIP, SDP, and RTP, including call setup, media negotiation, and teardown.
• CTI (Computer Telephony Integration): Strong knowledge of messaging between telephony platforms, phones, and applications.
• CTI Messaging: Experience with endpoint registrations, subscriptions, redirects, treatments, and data attachment in telephony applications.
• Familiarity with Web Technologies: Proficiency in React, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, and web-based communication protocols.
• SIP Stream Analysis: Ability to analyze SIP traffic, including firewall and SBC (Session Border Controller) transitions.
• Call Routing: Expertise in handling call routing, dial plans, and PBX configurations.
• IP Networking and Routing: Understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall rules.
• Linux/Unix Administration: Strong command-line and system administration skills.
• Windows Administration: Ensuring security, performance, and availability through configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in Bash scripting, Java, Python, and SQL.
• VXML (VoiceXML): Understanding of interactive voice response (IVR) applications.
• Databases: Knowledge of Database concepts or queries for PSQL and SQL Server

• Strong Verbal communication skills with Excellent writing skills
• Security background check and Drug test required
