Voy is partnering with a Dallas-based LMM private equity firm that is looking to add a Senior Associate and VP to its investment team. This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth firm actively scaling and raising its 4th fund.
The firm focuses on lower middle-market buyouts in commercial, industrial and environmental services industries, and this role offers direct exposure to deal execution, due diligence, and portfolio management in a collaborative, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, modeling, and investment committee presentations.
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses to assess investment opportunities.
- Lead due diligence workstreams, coordinating with advisors and deal teams.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies post-close, driving financial reporting, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in fundraising and investor reporting as the firm scales.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in Investment Banking M&A
- 1-4 years of additional experience in private equity
- LMM buyout experience preferred, but candidates from middle-market firms will also be considered.
- Business Services, Industrials or Environmental experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.
- Experience working with management teams and portfolio companies is a plus.
