Job Summary

This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with plan sponsors, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Enrolling participants in 403(b) and 457 plans
• Developing and implementing investment strategies
• Conducting participant education and seminars

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans (403(b), 457, and 401(a))
• Securities registrations - Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses

Candidates should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with plan sponsors and participants. A deep understanding of the defined contribution marketplace and relevant rules and regulations is essential.
