Get to Know the Opportunity :
The Junior Portfolio Manager will collaborate with our team of Senior portfolio managers to provide daily support in managing passive strategies, monitoring cash flows, and implementing trades for various equity accounts.
The individual needs to ensure the accuracy and quality control of holdings and indexes, monitoring and adjusting for corporate actions and related index changes. They will be responsible for daily index monitoring, as well as monthly and quarterly rebalancing in accordance with established methodologies and schedules. Additionally, they will assist in maintaining accurate documentation of existing processes. The Junior PM will support the Senior PM team with trade implementation and contribute ideas for improving workflows, data accuracy, and overall operational efficiency to develop a robust platform for future growth.
The Contributions You'll Make :
- Assist the senior portfolio managers with day-to-day management of passively managed and rules-based portfolios.
- Monitor cash levels and cash flows for Equity portfolios.
- Assist with monitoring and risk management reporting.
- Implement trade orders.
- Research and respond to corporate action events.
- Prioritize requests and working with Operations team to identify and correct data issues and validate questionable fund flow information.
- Participate in special projects that span multiple functional areas.

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
