Getting to Know the Opportunity :

The Voya Investment Management (Voya IM) Alternative Products Team is responsible for product development, product management, and sales support for all Alternative Investment strategies. The group partners with business units across Voya IM and works closely with Marketing, Distribution, Legal and Operations to execute firm initiatives and bring innovative products to client across the Insurance, Institutional and Intermediary channels. Please Note : This position has been designated as a hybrid-office / home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager.

The Contributions You'll Make :

Provide support to Alternative Investments Product Managers on projects as assigned, including industry and peer research, financial analysis and business and client reporting
Coordinate with distribution, marketing, and other groups in the execution of Product initiatives
Participate in new product development process and provide meaningful support in benchmarking proposed products across peer set
Manage key product management meeting functions, including preparation of meeting agendas & presentation materials and preparation of meeting minutes
Actively participate in Voya learning opportunities, including webcasts, and other high-value training sessions
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Knowledge & Experience :

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field

Strong familiarity and interest in investment management industry and concepts

Detail-oriented, analytical, and flexible

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to work both independently and with a team in a professional virtual work environment

Computer knowledge and abilities working with spreadsheets; inputting and sorting data, writing basic formulas, and reconciling data input using Microsoft Excel

Computer knowledge and abilities working with Microsoft Word documents; formatting, tracking changes, editing, searching, and converting to PDF

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PPT

Compensation Pay Disclosure :

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
