Ideal candidates would possess 5-10 years of experience in a CRM Solutions Specialist, Developer, or similar role with an emphasis on MS Dynamics development, SQL, Azure, Microsoft Data Lake experience, and other standard development skills.
The CRM Solutions Specialist will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development and optimization of CRM systems, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics. This role requires a mix of technical skills, operational expertise, and a collaborative approach to ensure system efficiency and data accuracy across various business processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the CRM Solutions Specialist will ensure the seamless integration of data systems and the support of business goals through CRM enhancements and optimizations. Experience in an insurance environment is a plus. This position is fully remote.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is 100% remote. The position is full time and will include a base salary range of $110K-$120K, based on candidates’ experience, and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation, and 401(k) with company match.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- System Integration & Data Management: Lead efforts in the integration of data from various legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics, leveraging SQL and Azure Data Lake capabilities.
- CRM Development & Customization: Support development and customization within Microsoft Dynamics to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring the CRM environment aligns with operational needs.
- Operational Support: Act as a primary technical resource for CRM-related operations, collaborating with teams to troubleshoot issues, manage updates, and provide end-user support.
- Data Quality & Reporting: Maintain data quality within the CRM by implementing best practices for data management and validation, and provide regular reports on CRM usage, system health, and data integrity.
- Collaboration & Training: Work with internal stakeholders and users to ensure a clear understanding of CRM functionalities, offer training as needed, and support Agile project methodologies as applied to CRM projects.
- System Enhancements: Identify and implement enhancements to the CRM system, focusing on process efficiency, data accessibility, and improved user experience.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a role involving CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), SQL, and Azure environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of CRM customization, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with SQL for data queries and database management.
- Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Data Lake.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess data flows and troubleshoot CRM issues effectively, with a proactive approach to data quality and integrity.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users, translating technical processes into actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in the insurance industry preferred.
