What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Trimmer position at Voyage Bloom?
We are Voyage Bloom and are looking for people passionate about cannabis to help us at our cultivation facility. We are a small business family owned and operated and believe we care more deeply about our employees as we work side by side with them every day! Our operation is a craft one with the utmost care for quality in our end product. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that demands a high level of activity and attention to detail.
- Previous experience trimming cannabis is required and you must be able to hit volume quotas while maintaining quality expectations.
- You may also be asked to assist with common tasks such as : Defoliating plants, cleaning, harvest assistance, transplant assistance, plant manicuring and training, post harvest processing, and packaging products.
A few sets of scrubs and non slip shoes will be selected in part by you but purchased new by us. These uniforms stay at the building 24/7 and are laundered here.
