- Schedule Management: Create and maintain comprehensive schedules for travel itineraries and events, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining reservations
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, partners, and service providers to secure bookings and confirm details, ensuring that all arrangements meet Voyage Canvas's high standards
- Client Communication: Work closely with the client service team to communicate schedule changes, updates, and confirmations to clients promptly
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or issues and develop effective solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients
