What You'll Do :
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' mobility and overall function.
- Assess and evaluate residents' physical conditions and create tailored rehabilitation programs.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of resident care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans, mobility strategies, and ongoing therapy needs.
What We're Looking For :
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensed or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
Experience in long-term care preferred, but new grads are welcome!
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for improving the lives of residents through high-quality rehabilitative care.
