Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of medical records in accordance with established protocols.
- Review and verify the accuracy of patient data entered into medical records systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and record-keeping.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for both electronic and paper records.
- Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the flow of information while maintaining data integrity.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication and record management.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
