Your dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive environment on every journey is essential to fulfilling our mission.Driver Qualifications : (We will pay for these requirements) Drug and Alcohol Test Background and Fingerprint Check (Completed Online) On-Line Safe Driving CourseAdditional Skills / Requirements : Valid driver's license Safe and reliable transportation Flexibility in adapting to changing schedules or routes.Route Structure : Drivers may be assigned from 1 to 3 routes, split between AM and PM routes.Consistency for Familiarity : To ensure the well-being of students, drivers will maintain the same route, fostering familiarity for both drivers and students.
- Compensation Structure :
- Routes up to 16 miles will be compensated at a base rate of $36.00 per route.
- Distance-Based Compensation :
- For routes beyond 16 miles, an additional $1.10 per mile per route will be added to the base rate.
- Payment Frequency :
- Drivers will receive their compensation every week.
- Employment Status :
