Additionally, we have four CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs. We recently opened an office location in Denver and are currently in the process of expanding our home healthcare services and CNA schools to the states of Florida and Arizona.

Important: This position is PRN. On-site visits in Rifle, CO and surrounding areas.
Program Overview:
The Parent CNA program (Family Member as a CNA Program) is a state-run program that allows parents to obtain their CNA certification and provide CNA care to their children. We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to case manage our Parent CNA pediatric patients. As the RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for:
Clinical Tasks
- Start of Cares
- Recertifications
- Discharges
- Change of condition visits
- Supervision of the CNA
- QA
- Nursing interventions as needed
Administration
- Care coordination
- CNA skills verification

$150 per Start of Care
$75 per Recertification
Training $45/hour
Hours
This position is PRN. Patient Services Specialists will schedule assessment visits for patients and reach out to our PRN nurses to see who could pick up the visit.
Training
Training for this position is conducted remotely.

Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
