Job Description
If you are a WPF Developer experienced in building enterprise level applications, we want to meet you! We are now busier than ever and looking for a few good people to join our team. Experience with MVVM is considered a plus. Should be a highly motivated individual who thrives on the challenges of working in new environments with the latest technologies.
Essential Job Functions (others duties may be assigned)·
- Builds software applications – Primary job function will be developing new applications following the complete SDLC. The majority of our clients are state/federal government.
- Assists in defining software architectures – Explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation and learns the applications capabilities
- Communicates continually with our clients and project teams – Explains progress on the development effort ·
- Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions
- Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies
- Trouble shooting problems of all kinds (development, QA, production
- Stays abreast of new technical development and industry best practices

Qualifications
- Highly skilled at enterprise level software development life cycle.
- Must have experience with Business Applicaitons
- Well-versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment
- Strong customer service/client service skills
- Knowledge of SQL databases is required
- 4 years of software development experience
- 4 years of experience with C# and .NET development
- Experience with MVVM
