About the Role
We are a small team dedicated to making impactful changes, and we seek a Chief Operating Officer to spearhead strategic projects, enhance communications, and leverage technology. This critical role will report to Sierra Peterson, Founding Partner, and will provide visibility across the entire organization.
This is not a role focused on investment; rather, it is suited for a dynamic individual eager to develop operational and managerial skills for future entrepreneurial or strategic leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Projects : Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives that drive firm growth and operational efficiency, acting as an extension of the General Partner (GP) to oversee and execute overall strategy.
- Communications : Draft, design, and refine key communication materials, ensuring alignment with the firm's vision and priorities, and maintaining consistency across all external communications.
- Marketing : Manage the firm's social media presence, develop content strategies to highlight successes, and collaborate with design agencies to enhance branding.
- Community Building : Plan and execute events and workshops to engage with the community, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and representing Voyager at events.
- Project Management & Operational Support : Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements, ensure deadlines are met, and act as a trusted advisor to Voyager's leadership.
- Technology : Evaluate and recommend software tools to streamline workflows, pilot automation solutions, and provide training on new technologies to enhance productivity.
