Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Portfolio Administrator located in Lake Geneva, WI. The Portfolio Administrator will be responsible for maintaining client investment accounts on our portfolio management system, conducting trades, investment strategy research, client reporting, communication with staff and project as they arrive from wealth advisors. The role involves ensuring that the implementation of investment strategies aligns with clients' objectives and providing support in navigating the financial market's complexities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance and Investments
- Experience with Trading
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Lake Geneva, WI
- FINRA 65 or 66 will be required to obtain within 3 months
- Relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
- Prior experience in wealth management or a related field is preferred
