Responsibilities
- Supervision of the social services necessary to meet the legal, organizational, medical staff and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Supervise therapy services, case management, education, and discharge planning.
- Provide guidance and supervision of other social works, therapists, and interns.
- All duties to be done in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations, PAM Health policies and procedures and Performance Improvement Standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a LMSW or LCSW in the state in which the hospital resides.
- Current BLS certification.
- Crisis management certifications per hospital policy and standards required.
- 3-5 years clinical experience and 2-3 years in an appropriate supervisory role.
