">We are seeking an experienced Basecamp Food Service Director to join our team at Voyageur Outward Bound School's basecamp in Minnesota. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of staff and students
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and personnel
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Requirements:
">- 1-2 years of steady cooking experience preferred
- ServSafe or equivalent food-handling and sanitation certification preferred
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
