This role ensures operational efficiency, safety, and quality checks during the manufacturing process.What you will do Operates specialized manufacturing equipment. Monitors production quality and performs adjustments. Performs routine maintenance on machinery. Records production data for quality assurance purposes. Coordinates with team members to optimize production efficiency. Adheres to safety and environmental policies, GMP, and company policies/procedures at all times. Train new employees to ensure coverage and eliminate production downtime and allow for break/lunch coverage.
