Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior Delivery Manager within our team. This role offers remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed project plans, defining timelines, assigning tasks, and managing project execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing and assigning team members based on their skills and project needs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Communicating project status, risks, and deliverables to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns
- Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues to minimize project impact.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet the defined standards and specifications.
- Applying agile principles like iterative development, continuous integration, and sprint planning to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value quickly.
- Providing technical expertise to guide the development team on architecture, design decisions, and best practices.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, and ensuring clear information flow.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of FTE experience utilizing various project management methodologies, planning processes and matrix-managing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Bachelor’s degree, qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- 5 years of FTE experience analyzing critical situations with the customer and utilizing data to troubleshoot production environments. Defining project needs to enable resources to be appropriately allocated.
- 5 years of FTE experience successfully delivering enterprise IT projects and products using the appropriate agile methodologies: learning and iterating frequently; working with the Product Owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translating this into user stories; leading the collaborative, dynamic planning process, prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team while achieving the goal in the specified timeline.
- 5 years of FTE experience in excellent customer service, leadership, and logistics. Experience in project management, resource planning, and building relationships with stakeholders to determine holistic, scalable solutions.
- 5 years of FTE experience in a servant leader role. Working with multiple teams concurrently, removing impediments, and identifying issues before they become identified risks. Keeping a close pulse on deadlines, milestones, drop dead dates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) that must be achieved for the project/product to meet successful implementation.
- Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferably with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Experience using Atlassian products and plug-ins (Jira, Confluence, XRay, GitHub,etc.)
- Possess an active and valid Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $98,500 to $191,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt in accordance with applicable law.
