Vozzcom is the premier provider of field retention and recovery services to the nation’s top cable companies.
We are seeking Field Representatives in the Montgomery area.
Our market client is Spectrum.
This full time, with benefits, position is mostly outdoor work. Start a career! Work outside! Hourly, plus Commission, plus Full Mileage Reimbursement! No experience is necessary, we train.
Our Client issues daily accounts for existing customers that are past due and scheduled to be closed, or, have discontinued service and not returned their Spectrum equipment. We make field visits to Client customer homes/locations to attempt positive resolution for these accounts. We work with client customers as advisors to help them keep service and ensure equipment is returned.

In the role of Field Representative, the individual will be responsible for:
- Visiting accounts to attempt payment recovery over a set time frame and/or to recover Spectrum equipment
- Daily documentation of activity.
- Making customer visits at account address for collection and equipment recovery attempts.
- Proper recording of activity in Company and Client software platforms.
Work Schedule:
Standard Full-Time work schedule is 5 days a week with Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday Required. Sunday and one weekday are off.
Standard Full-Time work hours are 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM those days
