- Communicate messages to the intended recipient and update records accordingly.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including collating brochures and organizing appointments.
**Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Language Ability:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
