We are a premier business development firm based in the greater Baltimore area. We have partnered with one of the largest telecommunications companies in the nation and are responsible for their sales and marketing campaigns for our local communities throughout Maryland and the DMV.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and solution-oriented Entry Level Manager to join our team and support the growth and development of this new project. The ideal candidate will be energetic and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience, crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term sales retention.
Entry Level Manager Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing accounts by addressing inquiries with professionalism, transparency, and ease while building genuine relationships.
- Utilize strong customer service and active listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and complete the sales process.
- Participate in ongoing Entry Level Manager meetings, webinars, and team-building activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to boost long-term retention metrics.
- Collaborate with the Client Success and Sales representatives to devise creative solutions for customer rebuttals and objections.
