Job Summary:
A leading hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager for our Pikeville, KY location. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall success of our restaurant. This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate will be an individual contributor. This job is located in Pikeville, KY.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance
- Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and standards are being followed at all times
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service to guests
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular audits to maintain quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure the restaurant remains competitive
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Knowledge of local market and experience in a similar geographic location preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding financial targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
