Currently searching for remarkable Housekeepers/Room Attendants for the Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston Downtown
Overall Responsibilities:
- Always greets guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities, linen and terry, etc. in various areas such as guest rooms and restrooms
- Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
- Cleaning guest rooms, including guest bathrooms, thoroughly
- Cleaning hallways and common areas as assigned
- Using chemicals, cleaners, and cleaning equipment properly
- Stocking and maintaining housekeeping cart and linen storage room
- Documenting maintenance issues

Requirements:
- Professional and ethical
- Excellent customer service skills
- Quick learner and hard worker
- Team players and ability to get along with others
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning/inspection tasks
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred
