Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Month end close duties to include payroll and 401k journal entries, credit card journal entry import, various accruals, and statutory reporting.
- Manage fixed asset activity to include creating new assets, disposing of assets when sold, and monthly fixed asset reconciliation.
- Assign credit cards to new employees, cancel when notice is given, adjust credit limits when necessary, password reset, training employees as needed, audit a sample of credit card reports monthly and provide feedback to employee and supervisor.
- Various payment transactions throughout the month – intercompany cash transfers, Epay initiation, positive pay exception review, tax payments annually, release of AR ACH drafts, etc.
- Daily review and approval of Vendor bills for all Subsidiaries daily- audit for potential general ledger corrections.
- Enter monthly recurring bills in NetSuite and process for payment (Consulting agreements/ bank notes/ interest/ rent, etc.)
- Assist with Audits.
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Serve as backup for Accounts Payable when AP is out (invoice posting, check printing, EFT/Wire processing, etc.)
- Required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by the Controller or CFO.

- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; or
- 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with NetSuite accounting software or similar software package; Windows based spreadsheet/word processing package.

Physical Demands:
- Required to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
