Position Overview : We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Sales Director with proven leadership skills to create and develop our Commercial Sales Division. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, while crafting and implementing strategic sales plans. This role will cover North America and has the potential to ascend to the VP of Global Sales within three to four years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, train and develop the Commercial Sales team.
- Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their unique challenges.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer needs and support the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to C-level executives.
- Forecast and report on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue performance using Salesforce.
